Launch: The Center for the Alignment of AI Alignment Centers
#11: Who aligns the aligners? We do.
I am seriously thrilled to announce, in collaboration with an anonymous contributor, Attention’s second major project:
👉 The Center for the Alignment of AI Alignment Centers (CAAAC) 👈
Hundreds of AI alignment centers have sprung up in recent years — but who aligns the aligners?
We do.
In a world clouded by AI uncertainty, CAAAC has arrived to lead humanity forward.
Our goal is simple: subsume all other AI centers into one glorious AI center singularity.
If you care at all about the future of our species, the future of your family, the future of that one colleague you’re really hoping gets replaced by an AI agent ASAP, join us here:
PLEASE HELP BOOST!

Thank you, anonymous
An enormous thank you to the anonymous contributor without whom CAAAC wouldn’t have been possible. Their selfless dedication to the AI alignment alignment cause, spending their precious time and energy despite forfeiting public recognition, will be recorded in the annals of the field.
On paper, our process involved brainstorming everything together, getting the structure of the project down, swapping drafts, doing final edits. Off paper, it was a ton of fun. I haven’t laughed that much at someone’s writing in a while (if you also find yourself laughing at CAAAC, chances are it’s because of them). Incredibly grateful that they were up for this.
